"The latest update from DB6 shows that in the 12 months to end-June 2025, growth of the global retail CHC market slowed slightly to +3.0%. We summarise the key trends for all regions – of which LatAm remained the most dynamic during the period (+9.4%) – in our DB6 Feature (p25). In Brazil, growth of GIs fell below the country’s topline average; however, there is new potential in antinauseants following Apsen’s creation of an OTC category after the company gained approval for non-prescription sale of its Meclin Move tablets (see Innovation Round-up, p32).
